Castle Operations — Internal operations system

The internal operations desk the Castle team runs its day from. Not a store and not a website — this is the screen an employee opens in the morning and works from until the end of the day.

What is inside

• Orders — every new order that needs confirming, late ones flagged automatically, and each one's state visible to the whole team.
• Customers and prospective merchants — one database instead of scattered spreadsheets.
• Products — catalogue management with a live sync to castle.eg, so an edit reaches the storefront without a manual upload.
• Order reporting — sales for the day and the month, what was confirmed and what slipped.
• Marketing — the content plan and designs awaiting review, inside the same system rather than somewhere else.
• Team tasks — each person sees what is theirs today.

The problem it solves

The work used to live across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and the store admin. Now it is one screen, and the storefront sync runs itself every few minutes.
